The placement of an order implies full acceptance of the Terms & Conditions as stated hereon and implied.

Little Eclectic uses the eWay Payment Express Payment Gateway for its online credit card transactions.

- Payments are processed in real-time. Little Eclectic does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by eWay.

Bank Deposit / Direct Debit Payments may also be made by bank deposit for New Zealand orders.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will love your purchase from Little Eclectic, however if you do change your mind or it just wasn't quite right, we will refund your purchase fully (excluding shipping charges). Items must be returned back to us in original condition with all packaging and labels intact, along with proof of purchase (receipt) within 7 days of purchase.

We highly recommend that you use a tracking service when returning an item(s) as we can not be held responsible for a missing item(s).
If there is a fault with your item then
please contact us as soon as you discover the fault
so that we may assess the situation.

Once we have assessed the situation we will repair, replace or refund the item, at our discretion as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please do not return a faulty item to us unless you have discussed with us first by either email or phone.
Should your order arrive faulty or damaged, please contact us via e-mail [email protected] or phone 0226730010 within three (3) days of receiving your item. Please include a photo if the fault is visible. If a replacement is available it will be sent out to you at no charge.

Any information we collect about you is held with the utmost care and security. When you place an order with us we use secure payment facilities to process all online credit card transactions. No credit card details are kept by Little Eclectic.
