Returns & Refunds
What you received wasn't quite what you thought it would be? No problem - just return any unused/unworn items and your invoice to us for a full refund or replacement within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Unfortunately we cannot refund items that our outside the 7 day period.
Please be very careful when trying on clothing as we can not refund items with makeup/marks or pulls. All items must be in original, unworn condition and with tags still on the clothing.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If there is a fault or your item(s) has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days. A photo maybe required.

Once we have assessed the situation we will repair, replace or refund the item, at our discretion as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Please do not return a faulty item to us unless you have discussed with us first by either email or phone.
